I’m Dan.
I like to think of myself as a typical guy who goes to work, has a wife, a dog, and hopefully, someday kids. I love my life and I am forever grateful that exercise, fitness, and wellbeing is intricately ingrained in my day-to-day.
I was turned on to exercise and fitness by a teacher of mine in high school. Going to the gym and working out, running outside, or going for a walk provided structure and helped me stay centered. It was not immediate, but when I started seeing results, feeling and performing better, it taught me the lessons of consistency, experimentation, and delayed gratification.
Today, I have house work and chores, my job can be intense and stressful at times, and I go through highs and lows just like you. Exercise and activity are the ultimate counterbalance for me. It is what grounds me and a big portion of why I love my life and I hope to share this with the world.
